Paul Leoni
Undergraduate Summer Intern (2023)
Paul Leoni is a rising junior at George Washington University studying Environmental Science with minors in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Sustainability. At GW, he is a volunteer at the Gedan Lab and has research interests in sustainable agriculture and forestry. Paul is from Northern California, where he loves to explore the Redwood Coast and the Sierra Nevada mountains. In addition to gaining field and laboratory experience at the Agroecology Lab, Paul hopes to start formulating a long-term project or senior thesis centered around the interface of saltwater intrusion, legacy nutrients, eutrophication, and agricultural land management policy.
